  • Pricing Errors: In the rare event of a typographical pricing error on an item, ShopVolt reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for that product before dispatch.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Order Acceptance: Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until the order is confirmed by ShopVolt via WhatsApp, call, or email.
  • Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via online payment gateways (Paystack, Flutterwave), direct bank transfer, or authorized Pay-on-Delivery options (where applicable).
  • Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled before dispatch by calling or messaging us at 07064666403. Once an order has been dispatched with our logistics partners, it cannot be canceled mid-transit.

4. Delivery & Logistics

  • Nationwide Coverage: We offer home delivery services across states in Nigeria through our designated courier partners.
  • Delivery Timeline: Delivery estimates are provided upon order confirmation. While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or inter-state transit logistics may occasionally occur.
  • Delivery Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and accessible delivery addresses and contact details. Re-delivery fees may apply if an order fails due to incorrect address information or unreachability.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Inspection Policy

All returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Refund and Returns Policy:

  • 3-Day Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 3 days from the exact date of delivery.
  • Mandatory Inspection: Refunds or replacements will ONLY be issued after our technical team inspects the returned product. The item must be completely intact, undamaged, and complete with all original accessories and packaging exactly as received.
  • Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, sex toys and adult novelties cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • Return Logistics: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake or damaged product sent by ShopVolt.
